NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - New Orleans police have named a murder suspect wanted in connection to a fatal shooting Saturday night (Jan. 27) in New Orleans East.
The NOPD said it has obtained an arrest warrant for 20-year-old Robert Augillard, after developing him as the suspect in the killing.
Police said Aguillard is responsible for the fatal shooting of a man shot around 7:44 p.m. in the 14000 block of Chef Menteur Highway. The victim, an adult male whose name and age have not been disclosed, was pronounced dead at the scene.
