The Celebrity Rehab alum and former mistress of Tiger Woods is now officially divorced from Matt Hahn.
The two, who married in a quiet Las Vegas ceremony in October 2011, filed to end their union in June 2013, with Hahn initially claiming he was the victim of "cruel and inhumane treatment."
"The judgment of the divorce came through Monday Jan. 13," Uchitel's lawyers told Page Six in a statement. "Rachel Uchitel and Matt Hahn are pleased to announce the amicable settlement of their divorce proceedings. Mr. Hahn withdrew his claims against Ms. Uchitel, and they will be divorced based on the irretrievable breakdown of their marriage.
